Summary

Oh, she's a big un. This moves everything (well, most installs at least), over to using the PackageManagers component. Additionally, it adds Bun by default to PackageManagers.

I'll eventually follow-up with the rest of npx use etc.

I thought bun was intentionally removed from all c3 commands due to issues it regularly causes? #19813

References: cloudflare/workers-sdk#8889, cloudflare/workers-sdk#9067 (comment), etc.

Is bun actively supported now?

EDIT: created #22525 to ensure this is seen.
